End-to-end product design for a cross-device real estate transaction platform. Owned and led core UX and interface systems across web and mobile, covering document workflows, collaboration, and e-signing, with a focus on reducing fragmentation and enabling real estate professionals to manage transactions through a single unified experience.
Used by millions of agents, brokers, and clients, the platform operated across ~60% of RE/MAX brokerages and processed over 7M documents uploaded per month at scale. Acquired by Zillow Group.

Product and interface design for TalkIQ, a real-time voice analytics platform providing live sales guidance during phone calls. Led the design of dashboards, interaction patterns, and data visualizations to surface dense, time-sensitive insights and customer signals as conversations unfolded.
The work focused on translating complex voice and intent data into clear, actionable interfaces for sales teams over a three-quarter contract engagement, in close collaboration with product management. TalkIQ was later acquired by Dialpad.

End-to-end product design for James, a ride-booking platform focused on trusted drivers and seamless scheduling. Head of Design, leading 0→1 product development from concept through MVP and beta across rider and driver experiences. Owned identity, UX, UI, and core interaction systems, partnering with the founder, CTO, and engineering team to shape product vision and execution.
Brand development from concept to execution for Wolfmoon, a coffee and pastry brand born in Florida. Partnered on the project and led art direction, naming, brand strategy, visual identity, retail, web, and social—shaping a bold, cohesive system across physical and digital touchpoints. The work defined the brand’s voice, aesthetic, and in-store experience.

Defined mobile-first interaction patterns combining photography, location, and conversational inputs to help users decide where to eat and what to try. Introduced a symbolic, opinion-based rating system to replace traditional reviews with faster, more expressive feedback.
